The CoilMac-EX PRO is an all-in-one solution for plastic spiral binding, combining electric punching, insertion, and closing.
It provides efficient punching with 6.29 mm pitch oval holes and adjustable rollers to facilitate insertion. On top, it features an integrated closing system. Its robust design ensures professional results for documents of any size or format.
Electric Spiral Closer: The adjustable (integrated) spiral closer can cut and close spirals from 6 to 50 mm.
Electric Spiral Inserter: The on/off switch and adjustable lower roller provide the flexibility to insert both small and large spirals.
High-Strength Punching Motor: Fully metal machine capable of punching up to 25 sheets of 80 gsm paper at a time.
Fully Deactivatable Pins: All 54 pins can be independently removed or deactivated for clean, professional oval-hole punching on any paper size.
Extended Punching Length: Open ends and continuous punching guide allow easy punching of documents of any length (up to 660 mm), making the EX Pro ideal for large-format punching.
Reverse Function: The motor can be manually reversed in case of jams (Allen key required).
Depth Margin Control: Allows adjustment of the punching margin when needed.
Foot Pedal Operation: Enables hands-free use, giving the operator full control during punching and binding.
Side Margin Control: Provides precise paper alignment for all document sizes.
