AP 360 Digital

The AP 360 Digital is a robust, high-speed automatic punching machine designed for professional book and calendar production. This floor-standing unit accommodates a wide range of punching tools, including those used for Wire-O binding, plastic coil, spiral, calendars, and custom applications.

With a dual-finger sheet pickup system, the AP 360 Digital efficiently handles various types of paper. It offers quick punching tool changes and optional split tools for greater versatility in book and calendar jobs. Users can choose between manual or digital setup, with a touchscreen interface that simplifies configuration and job memory storage.

The AP 360 Digital features Quick Size Adjustment (QSA), allowing smooth adaptation to multiple paper formats. Its horizontal paper feed mechanism simplifies product loading, with a maximum width capacity of 360 mm. It can punch up to 2.4 mm thickness, achieving 7,200 mechanical cycles per hour and a maximum output of 100,000 punched sheets per hour.

Equipped with eccentric shafts, the machine allows re-sharpening of punching tools, extending component lifespan. An optional air-blow system improves efficiency when working with challenging papers. A flipping drum maintains the correct page sequence and can handle paper weights from 60 to 800 gsm.

Built for durability, the AP 360 Digital incorporates rugged components and advanced stepper motor technology. The digital touchscreen allows easy setup and storage of up to 40 job profiles. Additional features include automatic paper format adjustment, a continuous-operation paternoster feed system, and a vibrator to organize paper output.
