RENZ SRW 360

The SRW 360 is a manual 3:1 pitch punching and binding machine, designed for continuous use in small to medium offices. It offers a binding capacity of up to 135 sheets and features a closure control system that ensures perfect Wire-O closure for flawless presentations.

The machine’s design incorporates several features to enhance efficiency. A gauge allows margin adjustment, resulting in stronger bindings. The punches are specially hardened for increased durability and arranged in a staggered pattern to optimize punching performance. The Quick Size Adjustment (QSA) system provides flexibility to handle various paper formats, including A5, A4, and A3.

For greater accuracy, the SRW 360 includes an adjustable side guide for precise punching alignment and a measuring tool for document and Wire-O sizes. The parallel adjustment feature ensures consistently even bindings. A sliding waste tray simplifies and streamlines cleanup.

Built with a robust yet compact design, the SRW 360 can punch up to 2.2 mm thickness and bind up to 13.5 mm. It offers impressive production capabilities, with a maximum of 12,000 punched sheets and 200 bound products per hour, based on 80 gsm paper. Optimal punching results are achieved with paper thicknesses of 1.5–2.0 mm.

The vertical punching mechanism improves accuracy, while QSA technology allows quick pin deactivation and easy format changes. The depth gauge feature enables adjustment of the hole margin from 2 mm to 4.5 mm, enhancing edge strength.
