RENZ SRW 360 Comfortplus

The SRW 360 Comfortplus is a professional manual binding and electric punching machine with a 3:1 pitch, designed for continuous use in small to medium offices. This device streamlines the punching process, significantly reducing manual effort.

With a binding capacity of up to 135 sheets, the SRW 360 Comfortplus features a precision closure control system that ensures perfect Wire-O closure for flawless presentations. The adjustable margin gauge allows for stronger bindings, while the specially hardened punches provide extended durability.

The staggered punch design enhances overall punching quality. Its Quick Size Adjustment (QSA) feature provides flexibility to handle various paper formats, including A5, A4, and A3. The adjustable side stop ensures precise punching alignment, complemented by an easily accessible sliding waste tray for convenient maintenance.

Built-in measuring tools allow accurate determination of both document and Wire-O sizes. The parallel adjustment mechanism guarantees consistent binding results. Despite its robust construction, the SRW 360 Comfortplus maintains a compact design suitable for office environments.

With a maximum punching width of 360 mm and a thickness capacity of 2.2 mm, the machine can process up to 16,000 sheets per hour. It can produce up to 250 bound products per hour, making it an efficient solution for medium-volume binding needs.

Vertical punching orientation facilitates precise alignment, while QSA technology allows rapid pin and paper format adjustments. The depth gauge feature, adjustable from 2 mm to 4.5 mm, adds versatility to the binding process, enabling stronger edge bindings as required.

For optimal performance, a paper thickness of 1.5–2.0 mm is recommended, though results may vary depending on paper type, working conditions, and operator skill.
